摘 要:随着世界范围内"智能电网"和高级量测体系(advanced metering infrastructure,AMI)的建设以及相关技术的推进,作为其基础元件和核心设备的智能电表正吸引着大量表计制造商、IT企业、能源供应商和国家政府的密切关注。但由于缺乏统一标准,国际上对智能电表还没有明确和统一的定义和要求。为此,根据国内外厂商和研究机构对智能电表的研究和应用成果,归纳了智能电表的产生缘由及其概念,阐述了其在智能电网中的定位、功能应用和产生的收益等,并简要介绍了世界范围内智能电表的应用状况。Along with the world-wide construction of smart grid and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and the promotion of related techniques, special attentions from a lot of meter manufacturers, IT enterprises and energy suppliers as well as from the countries and governments are paid to the smart meter which is regarded as the basic element and key equipment of smart grid. Due to absence of unified specification, there is still no unified and determinate definition and requirement to the smart meter. For this reason, according to the research and application results of the smart meter from manufacturers and research institutions home and abroad, the reason and concept of the smart meter are summarized, and its position in smart grid, its function, application and generated revenue are expounded, besides, the world-wide application of the smart meter are briefly introduced.
