摘 要:以形成用于调度计划安全稳定校核的潮流数据为目的,提出了一种根据不同数据来源整合潮流数据,并进行潮流调整的方法。将电网模型数据、调度计划数据整合,从历史数据中提取缺失的数据,形成完整的PSD-BPA格式的潮流数据。计算有功不平衡功率,将其分配到多台具有调节能力的机组,计算无功不平衡功率,将其分配到周边无功源,最终获得符合调度计划并满足运行要求的潮流数据,为下一步进行安全稳定分析和辅助决策提供初值。华北电网系统的仿真结果表明了该方法的实用性和有效性。With the purpose of providing power flow data to check security and stability of generation scheduling, a method that can automatically integrate power flow data from different sources of data and make power flow regulation is proposed. By means of integrating the data of power network model with that in generation scheduling and extracting the missing data from historical data, the proposed method can form complete power flow data in the PSD-BPA format; then it calculates unbalanced active power and allocates them among the generation units with regulating ability as well as calculates unbalanced reactive power and allocates them among circumjacent reactive sources; finally the power flow data that conforms to generation scheduling and can meet operational requirement, is obtained which can provide initial value for security and stability analysis and auxiliary decision-making in the next step. Simulation results of North China Power Grid show that the proposed method is practicable and effective.
