摘 要:研究了基于广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)的电力系统广域阻尼控制器设计方法。首先建立了多机电力系统的线性化模型;然后采用输出量反馈最优控制,设计了一个平行于本地PSS,采用远方机组与本地机组有功功率差、远方转速偏差和远方转子角偏差3种信号作为反馈输入的广域阻尼控制器。4机2区系统的仿真结果表明,文中所设计的控制器能增强系统的阻尼,有效抑制低频振荡。A design approach for a kind of wide-area measurement system (WAMS) based power system wide-area damping controller is researched. Firstly, a linear model of multi-machine power system is built; then by use of output feedback control, a wide-area damping controller, which is parallel to local PSS and takes three kinds of signals, i.e., active power difference between local units and remote units, rotating speed deviation of remote rotors and angular deviation of remote rotors, as feedback inputs, is designed. Simulation results of a 4-machine 2-area power system show that the proposed wide-area damping controller can enhance system damping and suppress low frequency oscillation effectively.
