摘　　要：用分子量380万的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂为基体树脂,加入高含量导电炭黑/聚乙烯蜡复合导电剂,溴-锑系与膨胀型阻燃剂组成的复配阻燃剂及常规挤出加工助剂,利用近熔点挤出理念及其加工设备,实现了分子量200万以上UHMWPE管材、板材制品的连续挤出。制品综合性能超过了2005年国家煤炭行业的技术标准,对提高行业技术水平、解决现实煤炭生产中的安全隐患、促进UHMWPE上下游产业的发展做出了贡献。The UHMWPE resin Molecular weight 3.8 million of was made as matrix resin,by adding high contents of conductive carbon black/polyethylene wax compound conductive agent, bromine-antimony and intumescent flame retardant compound consisting of flame retardants and conventional extrusion processing aids, concept of using near-melting extrusion and processing equipment, achieved a molecular weight of more than 2 million UHMWPE pipe, sheet products, a continuous extrusion. Product comprehensive performance was over national coal industry technical standards in 2005, improving the technical level of the industry to address the real security risks in coal production,promoting the development of UHMWPE on the downstream industries contribute.
