摘　　要：本文通过对日本集合住宅的研究与分析,结合目前国内住宅设计的现状,在所从事的集合住宅项目设计中,对中日室内电气设计、智能化的应用及施工流程等方面进行了较为全面的比较。According to the research and analysis on congregated dwelling houses in Japan and in combination with the current status of the domestic housing design, a more comprehensive comparison between China and Japan in interior electrical design, intelligent applications and construction processes have been made in the design of residential projects.
