摘　　要：本文主要介绍了作者在日本技术考察期间了解到的一些新技术在建筑中的应用,其中节能减排已经成为日本智能建筑的一个新特点。例如:LED技术的应用、燃料电池应用对环境的作用、能源管理器对能源使用的整合和智能家居控制器对今后房屋居住者的身体指标和环境指标的监控情况等各种新技术。The authers introduce some new technologies applied in buildings learned during their study visit in Japan, among which energy saving and emission reduction has been a new characteristic in intelligent building there. Those new technologies includes application of LED technology, the effect of application of fuel cell on the environment, the conformity of energy use by energy controller and the smart home controller to monitor the dwellers＇ health target and environment target in the future.
