灯盏花素注射剂不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏花素注射剂不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过检索1994-2009年国内公开发行的医学期刊报道应用灯盏花素注射剂致不良反应案例,进行统计分析。结果:灯盏花素注射剂致不良反应与性别无关,多发生于>60a年龄组,其出现时间多发生于用药后的前60分钟内。不良反应临床表现较为简单,主要表现为变态反应。结论:临床医师、药师应了解灯盏花素注射剂所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强不良反应的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。Objective：To discuss the regular pattern and characteristic of the ADR associated with Breviscapin injection,and to offer reform to promote rational and safe drug use. Methods： ADRs induced by Breviscapin injections reported in domestic medical journals from 1994-2008 were retrieved and analyzed statistically. Results：ADRs of Breviscapin injection were independent of patient’s sex, and often occurred in aged group. They usually occurred in the first 60 minutes after taking the drug. Clinical manifestations of ADRs were simple, mainly were allergic reactions. Conclu-sion： Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADRs,and the use of Breviscapin injectionshould be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
