摘　　要：编辑职业精神与编辑活动紧密联系,具有自身特征。编辑职业精神是精神体系的重要组成部分,本质是为人民服务。本文论述编辑职业精神及其特征,探讨编辑职业精神的实践内涵,分析构成编辑职业精神的基本要素。The editor＇s professional spirit has a close connection with editorial activities.It has its own characteristics.The editor＇s professional spirit is an important part of the energetic system,and its essence is to serve the people.This paper discusses the concept,the characteristics,the practical connotation,and the composing elements of the editor＇s professional spirit.
