芽孢杆菌BI1的鉴定及其抑菌性研究

摘　　要：目的对本实验室分离得到芽孢杆菌BI1进行鉴定。方法将该菌株的16S rDNA基因序列与GeneBank中已鉴定的16S rDNA序列对比,并结合生理生化实验综合分析。结果菌株BI1与枯草芽孢杆菌亲缘关系最为接近,16S rDNA基因相似性达到99.6%,生理生化实验结果与标准枯草芽孢杆菌一致。结论将芽孢杆菌BI1鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。Objective To identify the strain BI1 isolated by our laboratory. Methods Its 16S rDNA gene sequence was amplified by PCR. PCR product was sequenced and the DNA sequence was blasted on GeneBank. Results The 16S rDNA sequence indicated that the genetic relationship of BI1 strain was the nearest to that of Bacillus subtilis. The 16S rDNA gene sequence between BI1 strain and Bacillus subtilis were similar as much as to 99.6%. Conclusion BI1 was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
