摘　　要：目的探讨如何加强病案借阅管理,更充分地体现病案价值。方法通过对住院病案日常借阅工作的总结,结合文献查阅法对病案借阅管理进行分析。结果针对病案借阅相关制度,归纳出病案借阅工作中存在的问题,分析出影响病案借阅管理的因素,总结出提高病案借阅质量可采取的具体措施。结论通过健全病案借阅制度、提高病案管理人员的专业水平、法律意识及服务意识,加强对借阅者的管理。应用病案借阅系统并不断升级等措施加强管理,更充分地体现病案价值。Objective To explore how to strengthen the management of medical records lending and reflect the value of medical records more fully.Methods The management of medical records lending was analyzed through the daily work experience combined with literature review.Results Problems in the medical records lending and the influencing factors were summarized;furthermore,concrete measures to improve the quality of medical records lending were raised.Conclusion The management of medical records lending can be enhanced through the measures as following：perfecting the medical records lending system,improving the professional standards,legal and service awareness of medical records managers,strengthening borrowers＇ accountability,applying and updating medical records lending system.
