摘　　要：目的通过专家督导科主任查房,提高三级检诊质量,促进医疗制度的落实,规范医疗行为,确保医疗安全。方法制定标准及细则,通过信息化平台选择病例,以专家组为主体进行逐科查房督导。评选出好的科室和个人,讲评存在问题并建立长效机制。结果规范了查房模式,明确了查房标准,加强了医疗质量建设。结论专家组督导科主任查房是落实三级检诊制度,对中、青年医务人员进行传、帮、带的可行办法。Objective To promote the implementation of health care system,standardize medical treatment and ensure medical safety through developing the ward round conducted by department director under expert＇s supervision and improving the quality of three-grade diagnosis and treatment.Methods We developed standards and rules,and carried out the model that experts supervised the department director to conduct ward round.Then,good departments and individuals were elected and problems were discussed and analyzed.Results Ward round was standardized and medical quality was enhanced.Conclusion Ward round conducted by department director under expert＇s supervision can promote the implementation of three-grade diagnosis and treatment system,and help the young medical personnel to progress.
