摘　　要：目的了解老年住院病人死亡原因及疾病构成,以便做好老年疾病的预防工作,降低老年患者的死亡率。方法对某医院2001年-2008年住院死亡病例进行回顾性调查,严格按照国际疾病分类编码的原则,利用EXCEL、PB统计工具,对住院病案首页的主要诊断进行检索、汇总统计。结果对老年人生命危害排在前三位的疾病是循环系统、肿瘤以及呼吸系统疾病。结论掌握老年住院病人的死亡原因,为陕西地区今后疾病预防提供有力的信息和依据,提高老年患者的生存率。Objective To understand the death causes and disease composition of elderly inpatients in our hospital,thus reducing the mortality of elderly patients.Methods Death cases of elderly inpatients from 2001 to 2008 in our hospital were investigated retrospectively.Their first diagnosis in the front sheet of medical records were searched,summarized and analyzed,according to the principle of International Classification of Diseases coding.Results The top three diseases threatening the life of the elderly were the diseases in circulatory system,cancer and respiratory diseases,respectively.Conclusion Understanding the death causes of elderly inpatients can provide strong evidence for the prevention of diseases in Shanxi district in the future and improve the survival of elderly patients.
