新一轮土地利用规划中海岛土地资源承载力研究——以大连市长海县为例

摘　　要：通过对土地承载力研究背景的回顾总结,按照新一轮土地利用总体规划"协调土地利用与生态环境"的要求,针对海岛土地资源的特殊性,将研究范围从耕地资源扩展到建设用地与非建设用地,按需要将土地重新分类,对未来海岛土地资源承载力做了估算,并以海岛水资源承载为参照,对计算结果进行了修正。Reviewing and summing up the research background of the land carrying capacity, according to the requirement of ＂coordination of land use and ecological environment＂ in the new round of land use planning, this paper focuses on the particularity of land resources of the island, extending the scope of the study from cultivated land resources to construction and non -construction land, re -classifies the land according to the demand, estimates the future carrying capacity of land resources of the island, and amends the calculation results referring to the island water resources carrying capacity.
