摘 要:针对武汉体育中心体育馆索支穹顶结构大型焊接空心球支座节点设计的需要,对其进行了非线性有限元分析和足尺试验研究。该节点与12根杆件、2个方向拉索相连,且其中有3根杆件相贯连接。通过有限元分析,得到了该节点的应力分布规律,且在1.4倍设计荷载下,杆件相贯处和其底端部分区域屈服。进一步的足尺试验结果表明,在1.4倍设计荷载作用下,最大杆件根部屈服,与有限元结果基本一致。进而,对这类节点的设计提出了建议。In accordance with the need of designing large welded hollow spherical joints (WHSJ) of an arch steel roof in a gymnasium, a finite element nonlinear analysis and a full-scale experiment on the joint are carried out. The WHSJ connects two cables and twelve bars, three of which are overlapped. Through the finite element analysis, the distribution of surface stress of the joint was obtained; the bars were found yielding at their bottoms in the overlapped area under 1.4 times of the designed loads. Full-scale experimental research also indicated that the stress at the bottom of the ninth bar reached the yielding strength under 1.4 times of the designed loads. The result of the experiment is basically consistent with the analysis results. The study can provide references for the design of engineering joints.
