施氏鲟消化酶的分布及几种诱食剂对其活性的影响

摘　　要：以施氏鲟为研究对象,在饲料中分别添加谷氨酸钠、牛磺酸、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭(DMPT)和复合诱食剂,以研究其对施氏鲟消化酶活性的影响。试验设5个处理,分别用G1、G2、G3、G4、G5表示,其中G1为对照组,其余各处理组分别添加1%谷氨酸钠、1%牛磺酸、0.04%DMPT和0.02%DMPT+0.1%谷氨酸钠+0.1%甜菜碱复合型诱食剂,每个处理设3个重复,每重复6尾鱼,试验共进行8周。结果显示:(1)淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性大小顺序为:幽门盲囊、十二指肠>瓣肠>胃>肝胰脏;脂肪酶活性大小顺序为:十二指肠>瓣肠>胃>肝胰脏>幽门盲囊。(2)与对照组相比,添加牛磺酸和复合诱食剂消化酶活性差异不显著,添加谷氨酸钠消化酶活性显著降低,添加DMPT脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性显著提高。试验表明:0.04%DMPT对施氏鲟消化酶活性有促进作用,是一种良好的诱食剂。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of several feeding attractants on digestive enzymes activity of Acipenser schrencki.The fishes were randomly divided into five groups with tree replicates of fishes each.The Group One was control group,the other groups were added with 1 % sodium glutamine,1 % taurine,0.04 % DMPT and compound feeding attractant （0.02 % DMPT＋0.1 % sodium glutamine＋0.1 % betaine）respectively.The trial lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that：（1）the highest activity of amylase and protease was found in pyloric caeca and duodenal,following by intestinal,stomach and liver;the highest activity of lipase was found in duodenal,following by intestinal value,stomach,liver and pyloric caeca.（2）the digestive enzymes activity in the group adding 1 % taurine and compound feeding attractant had no significant difference with control group （P 0.05）;the digestive enzymes activity in the group adding 1 % sodium glutamine were decreased significantly（P 0.05）,the lipase and protease activity in the group adding 0.04 % DMPT was significantly increased （P 0.05）.In conclusion,adding 0.04 % DMPT could improve digestive enzymes activity of Acipenser schrencki.
