摘　　要：目的探讨影响社区卫生服务六大功能充分开展的因素,为社区卫生服务健康有序发展提供依据。方法将黄埔社区健康服务中心创建三年来六大功能的开展情况进行比较分析。结果从创建之初的单纯以疾病诊疗为主,三年来其他五大功能逐年快速增长,逐步形成六大功能均衡发展。结论政府导向、监督措施到位、举办医院重视、居民健康需求、医务人员全科岗位培训是六大功能充分开展、社区卫生服务健康有序发展的主要影响因素。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the performance of the six functions in community health services （CHS） in order to provide the gist for sound and orderly development of CHS. Methods The performance conditions in six functions of CHS in Huangpu CHS center set up three years age were comparatively analyzed. Results At the beginning the function was merely for diagnosis and treatment of disease. And then the other five functions were gradually developed year by year, eonsequently the six functions had been proportionally developed. Conclusion The main factors influencing full expansion about the six functions and sound and orderly development of CHS are the guidance of government, measure of supervision, at- tention from sponsor hospital, demand of resident for health and general medicine training for practitioner.
