和谐社会视野下的刑事警察权研究

摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会目标的提出,对刑事警察权的配置与运行提出了更高要求,即:一方面要维护社会治安,保障社会秩序稳定,另一方面要依法行使权力,实现执法公平正义。在当前刑事犯罪高发期,应赋予公安机关更有效的打击犯罪的权力,并提高刑事警察权运行效率。在保证刑事警察权充分、高效的同时,应确保权力配置与运行的法治化以及切实保障犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益。The aim of structuring harmonious society of socialism has higher requests to the allocation and operation of criminal police right. that＇s safeguarding the social public security and guaranteeing social order stability, on the other hand, Using authority according to law and realizing justice and righteousness of law-executing. During the period of soaring criminal crimes, the public security departments should be given more authority to strike against crimes efficiently and the operation efficiency of criminal police right should be improved. When guarantee the anfficiency and efficiency of criminal police right, we should ensure authority allocation and operation legalization and protect the suspect＇s legal right and interest.
