摘　　要：简述了优质服务对图书馆事业发展的意义和重要作用,并就有关图书馆优质服务的几个问题提出了看法。This paper expounds briefly the significance and important function of the quality service on the development of librarianship,and puts forward some opinions on several problems related to the quality service of the library.
