摘 要:目的研究铅接触对工人血清骨钙素(BGP)的影响。方法对某蓄电池厂73名铅作业工人及当地某机械厂73名非铅接触者进行血铅、尿铅、血清BGP水平的测定。结果铅作业工人血铅、尿铅水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);铅接触组的血清BGP质量浓度(4.75±3.28)μg/L,显著低于对照组(7.91±3.56)μg/L(P<0.01);血清BGP与血铅水平有显著负相关(P<0.01),而与尿铅相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05);随接铅工龄的延长,BGP水平逐渐降低(P<0.01)。结论铅接触可引起工人血清BGP水平降低,提示铅可能引起成骨细胞的代谢异常。Objective To study serum bone γ-carboxyglumatic acid containing protein(BGP) in workers exposed to lead.Methods Blood lead(BPb),urine lead(UPb),serum BGP were detected respectively in the lead-exposed workers(n=73) and non-lead exposed workers(n=73).Results Compared with the control group,the level of BPb and UPb increased significantly in the lead-exposed group(P0.01).Serum BGP in the lead-exposed group(4.75±3.28) μg/L,was significantly lower than that of the control(7.91±3.56) μg/L(P0.01).There was a negative correlation between BGP and BPb(P0.01),while no correlation was found between BGP and UPb(P0.05).Serum BGP level decreased along with the increase of years exposed to lead(P0.01).Conclusion Serum BGP decreased in workers exposed-lead,which is suggested that lead could induced metabolic disturbance of osteoblasts.
