尘肺病人死亡年龄影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尘肺病人的死亡规律,为尘肺病防治工作提供依据。方法对711例尘肺病人死亡年龄等数据,按发病年龄、死因、合并肺结核、死亡年代、开始接尘年龄、医疗卫生条件、接尘工龄、尘肺病种类与期别分类统计,分析其对死亡年龄的影响。结果9个因素对尘肺病人死亡年龄的影响(Beta值):死亡年代(0.623)>开始接尘年龄(0.341)>发病年龄(0.268)>死因(0.085)>合并肺结核(0.076)>尘肺病期别(0.055)>医疗卫生条件(0.054)>尘肺病种类(0.015)>接尘工龄(0.013);除尘肺病种类与接尘工龄外,其余因素对死亡年龄影响均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年代间死亡年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);本单位具备医疗卫生条件组死于尘肺病、肺结核的平均死亡年龄高于不具备医疗卫生条件组(P<0.05);死于肺结核者死亡年龄最低(53.3±10.0)岁,与其他死因差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论从改善医疗卫生条件,积极预防和治疗各种并发症等方面入手,可望提高现有尘肺病人寿命。Objective To study the death features of pneumoconiosis cases in order to provide basis in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods The data of 711 dead pneumoconiosis cases were classified and analyzed according to the age of occurrence pneumoconiosis,death cause,complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis,dead era,age starting to dust exposure,clinical and hygienic condition,duration of dust exposure,stage and type of pneumoconiosis.Results The contribution of the 9 factors to the death age（Beta）was： dead era（0.623） age starting to dust exposure（0.341） age of occurrence pneumoconiosis（0.268）death cause（0.085）complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis（0.076）stage of pneumoconiosis（0.055）clinical and hygienic condition（0.054）type of pneumoconiosis（0.015）duration of dust exposure（0.013）.All factors had significant contributions to the death age（P0.05）,except the type of pneumoconiosis and duration of dust exposure.There was significant difference among the dead era（P0.01）.The group provided with clinical and hygienic service in the unit with death cause of pneumoconiosis and pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly higher than that of the group with none on the mean age of death（P0.05）.The death age of pulmonary tuberculosis was the lowest（53.3±10.0） and was significantly different from other death causes（P0.01）.Conclusion It is expected to prolong the life of pneumoconiosis by taking the measures to improve clinical and hygienic condition,and to actively prevent and treat complication,etc.
