摘　　要：目前,IPTV的市场越来越开放,IPTV测试仪在保证IPTV业务运营过程中的用户体验质量值(QoE)扮演着重要的角色。文章介绍了基于ARM处理器的手持式IPTV测试仪系统设计方案,在此基础上阐述了系统的硬件架构设计,主要模块的功能和芯片选型,以及系统软件部分的设计、处理流程,最后给出了软件系统中公共数据结构设计定义。Now, the market of IPTV is becoming bigger and bigger,the IPTV analyzer plays an important part in the IPTV operations to ensure the quality of experience （QoE）. The design proposal of Handheld IPTV Analyzer based on the ARM processor is intro- duced in the paper first. On the basis,the article presents the design of the system hardware structure, function of the chiefly mod- ules and type of the chips. Also, the design of system software and the processing procedure are given. Finally, the definitions of the public data structure in the software system are given.
