摘　　要：目的:研究生药桂花的叶和嫩枝的生药学鉴别方法。方法:采集材料进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果:桂花叶和嫩枝生药学特征:叶横切面主脉发达,分枝状石细胞与上表皮垂直;叶粉末石细胞较多,多为分枝状,导管多为螺纹;枝粉末可见木化的薄壁细胞。结论:桂花枝与叶的特征可作为绵毛酸模叶蓼的质量标准制定的参考依据。Objective： To investigate the methods for identifications of Ramulus and Folium Osmanthus Fragrans.Methods： The material was collected to study on microstructure and morphological characteristics.Results： The pharmacognostical characteristics of Ramulus and Folium O.Fragrans including outstanding vein and stone cells with branch on cross-section of leaf and lignificating thin-walled cells in powder of stem,and so on.Conclusion： The characteristics identified can provide scientific basis for determining the quality standards of Ramulus and Folium O.Fragrans.
