摘　　要：当前,中国宏观经济形势十分严峻,产业集群发展也面临诸多困境,产业集群的改造与升级势在必行,而产业集群的技术创新与升级改造,离不开金融体系的支撑。因此,各级地方政府应依托现有产业集群,强化金融体系建设,增加金融市场主体,发展多元化的金融组织,提高区域金融与区域经济的匹配度,积极创新融资模式,打造产业集群融资平台,提升中国产业集群的竞争力。Presently, our country macro economic situation is very stem, the industrial cluster develops also faces many difficulties, the industrial colony＇s transformation and promotion are imperative, but the industrial colony＇s technological innovation and the promotion transformation, cannot leave the support of financial system. Therefore, all levels of the government should depend on the existing industrial cluster, strengthen financial system construction, increase main body of the money market, develop multiplicational financial organization, enhance the region finance and the regional economies match, innovate positirely the financing pattern, makes financing platform of the industry cluster and promote eompetitive power of China＇s industry cluster.
