数据包络分析法在天津港营运状况评价中的应用

摘　　要：采用数据包络分析法中的C2R模型对天津港11年的统计数据进行分析,得到相应的运营效率值以及各年份的规模收益;同时对计算结果进行综合分析,得出致使某年份非DEA有效的原因,并指出进一步改进的方向。通过运用数据包络分析法,寻找港口生产中存在的瓶颈,从而可为优化资源配置、提高管理效率和经济效益提供理论基础。C2R model in data envelopment analysis is adopted to analyze the statistics data of 11 years of Tianjin Port. Thus it has derived the relating operation efficiency value and the scale bene- fits of each year. Meanwhile the calculation results are analyzed systematically so as find out the reason for non-DEA efficiency for one year and point out the improving direction. The data envelopment analysis is applied to look for the bottleneck in operation of port. It can provide theoretical foundation for optimizing resource allocation, improving management efficiency and economic benefits.
