凹陷乳头母乳喂养成功的护理体会

摘　　要：乳头凹陷是指成年女性乳头凹陷入乳晕皮面以下，不突出于乳晕平面，致局部成火山口状。产后，凹陷乳头致使新生儿不能将乳头含于口中吸吮，导致母乳喂养失败。我科于2008年1月至2009年12月共收冶凹陷乳头产妇42例，其中两例因两对半检查大三阳，产妇及家属坚决拒绝母乳喂养，其中29例经过产科护士正确指导、家属支持，均母乳喂养成功，其中11例因家属嫌麻烦不愿配合支持，而放弃母乳喂养。Objective To investigate the success of the promotion of breast-feeding nipple sag conditions for obstetric nurses provide a way to guide depression nipple breastfeeding and confidence. Methods of health education to change the concept, nipple stretching exercises, nipple retraction exercises, the correct method of breast-feeding guidance. Results are willing to meet the nurses guidance and adhere to the maternal breast-feeding inverted nipple breast feeding 100% success. Conclusions can also be inverted nipple breastfeeding, the correct methods to guide breast-feeding, family support is the fundamental guarantee.
