摘　　要：目的 探讨Peutz—Jeghers综合征（Peutz-Jehgers Syndrome，PJS）的临床诊治。方法总结我院2009年收治的2例Peutz-Jeghers综合征（Peutz—Jehgers Syndrome，PJS）合并小肠套叠致绞窄性肠梗阻的治疗体会及经验。结果两例患者均成功施行手术治疗，根据临床表现及术后病检确诊。结论PJS有着特殊的临床表现及疾病进程，可出现严重的并发症，应引起临床工作者的足够重视。Objectives To investigate the diagnostic methods and reasonable treatment of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. Methods Clinical data of two patients with PJS that combined with strangulated intestinal obstruction caused by enteric inussuseption were reviewed. Results Two cases of patients had successful surgical treatment, clinical manifestation, the diagnosis was confirmed according to the clinical manifestations and postoperative pathologic examination. Conclusions： The clinical manifestation and disease progression of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is special, serious complications can be induced. Enough attention of clinical workers should be attracted.
