摘　　要：介绍了分置式转向助力机构的助力器活塞杆与转向直拉杆相铰接的球头销的运动轨迹,并推导出它的轨迹方程以及压力角的计算公式。同时,以QQ361型自卸汽车的转向助力机构为实例,求出了该球头销的最佳变动区间。This paper describes the kinematic path of ball joint hinged at the piston rod of a separated steering assistor to steering drag link, and derives a set of equations for the path and pressure angle. Meanwhile, through the analysis and calculations, the optimum position region of this steering assistor ball joint in the dump truck model QQ361 is provided.
