摘 要:2a田间试验表明,化学杀雄剂SC-2053对小麦具有良好的杀雄效果,但不同基因型所需的杀雄剂量、杀雄时期及杀雄效果不同,敏感基因型所需剂量小,适宜时间长,杀雄效果好且稳定,适宜做化杀母本;普通基因型需较高的药物剂量和准确的喷药时间,不宜用作化杀母本。探讨了低剂量下小麦基因型对化杀剂的反应,提出以0.075kg/hm2作为选育敏感基因型的剂量标准,并提出敏感基因型作为产生雄性不育的内因,化学杀雄剂作为雄性不育产生的外因,两者共同作用诱导了作物的雄性不育,进而讨论了其它可能产生雄性不育的方法和途径。Two years of field tests manifested that CHA SC-2053 had a good gametocidal effect to wheat, but the efficiency was different due to genotypes, timing and dosage. The sensitive genotype need lower dosage,longer period of time, and the result was more stable and good than common genotypes. The idea was sugested that the genotype is the inner reason and the CHA is the outer reason for induced sterility. More methods of inducing plant sterility were discussed in the article.
