摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术(tension-free vaginal tape,TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)的临床疗效。方法:对2007年12月至2009年3月实施TVT术的14例女性SUI患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:14例完全治愈,无尿失禁。其中1例术后第2天有轻度尿潴留。无远期并发症发生。结论:TVT术是治疗女性SUI的一种有效、安全的微创手术。Objective：To assess the efficacy of tension free vaginal tape（TVT） procedure in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods：The clinical data of 14 patients with proven SUI having undergone TVT procedure from Dec.2007 to Mar.2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The operation was successful in all the 14 cases.Urine retention was observed in only one case.No complication occurred.Conclusions：TVT procedure is an effective and safe minimal invasive surgery for treatment of female SUI.
