海岛棉纤维含糖量的遗传和亲子相关

摘　　要：对按５×４不完全双列杂交得到的２０个海岛棉组合的Ｆ１、Ｆ２、Ｆ３家系、回交一代及亲本进行了分析。结果表明：①海岛棉纤维含糖量是一数量性状，Ｆ１纤维含糖量具有明显的负向优势，所有组合表现超低亲遗传；Ｆ２表现为连续变异的特点，并普遍存在着超低亲遗传，其狭义遗传力均值为３８．４２％。②杂种Ｆ１、Ｆ２与中亲及高亲关系密切。③超低亲遗传为低糖育种提供了选择的基础，通过高糖亲本及亲本中亲值的选择和结合后代选择可有效地降低杂种后代的含糖量。早代选择有一定效果。The analysis of the sugar contents in fiber of twenty cross combinations on parents, F 1,F 2 and F 3 family and first backcross generation from 5×4 incomplete diallel cross on Island Cotton show that: (1) The sugar content in Island Cotton fiber is a quantitative character, the F 1 fiber suger content showed significantly negative hybrid vigor, and super low parental genetics, the F 2 fiber sugar content displayed a continuous variation characteristic and super low parent heredity also, the F 2 narrow sense heritability averages was 38.42%. (2) The closest relation was existed among the medium parental value, high parental value and the F 1, F 2 . (3) The super low parental heredity offers a selectable genetic basis for breeding the low sugar content specieses, the fiber sugar content of hybrid progeny could be effectively decreased through selecting the medium parental, high parental value and the progeny. Early generation selection was effective.
