摘　　要：在本科层次分化出技术教育类型,是20世纪后期世界高等教育发展的共同趋势,这表明技术教育的人才培养层次已经高移。技术教育突破低层次的限制,朝高层次方向发展是技术教育适应当前社会经济发展的必然。本文在阐述本科技术教育概念的前提下,对确立人才培养目标应考虑的主要因素,技术本科教育人才培养的定位问题以及本科层次技术型人才培养的侧重点等方面提出了一些观点。This paper describes the concept of undergraduate technical education under the premise of expounding the concept of undergraduate technical education,and puts forward some points of view from the perspective of the education positioning of technical undergraduates and the emphasis on technology-based undergraduate training.
