血清总胆汁酸测定在肝胆疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对血清总胆汁酸水平的检测来观察其在肝胆疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪对225例肝胆疾病患者及146例健康体检者进行血清总胆汁酸和常规肝功能检测。结果各类肝胆疾病患者TBA均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且其灵敏度和特异性明显优于其他肝功能指标。结论血清总胆汁酸水平测定在肝胆疾病的诊断中有重要意义。Objective To determine the clinical significance of serum total bile acid （TBA） determination in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.Methods Serum TBA and other liver function related items were determined with automatic biochemistry analyzer in 225 cases with liver and gallbladder diseases and 146 healthy controls.Results The serum levels of TBA in above-mentioned patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls （P0.01）,the sensitivity and specificity of TBA was better than other liver function items.Conclusion Serum TBA level determination is important in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis predict of liver and gallbladder diseases.
