系统康复治疗在经皮椎体成形术后的应用

摘　　要：目的分析系统康复治疗在经皮椎体成形术术后治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析60例经皮椎体成形术患者术前症状及术后随访等临床资料。结果60例患者治疗后疼痛均有明显缓解,术前术后VAS评分和JOA评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论系统康复治疗是经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰段压缩性骨折取得良好疗效的重要保证。Objective To analyse the effect of systematic rehabilitation in postoperative rehabilitation of percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic thoracolumbarcompression fracture w ere studied retrospectively.Results All the 60 patients can effectively relive the pain,the VAS and JOA scores of 60 cases between preoperation and postoperation after 3 days,1 month,6 months were significantly lower （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The systematic rehabilitation is the key to get a good effect on osteoporotic thoracolumbarcompression fracture treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.
