摘　　要：目的了解影响肾移植患者监护期睡眠质量的相关因素和护理。方法2004年至2006年150例肾移植患者监护期的睡眠质量情况,采用自行设计的睡眠因素调查表对患者调查相关的因素。结果调查发现86%的肾移植患者监护期存在睡眠障碍,相关因素依序为心理负担、环境改变、身体不适、抗排斥药的副作用、经济负担。结论做好肾移植患者监护期的心理护理、改善病区环境、增加舒适对提高患者的睡眠质量具有十分重要的意义。Objective To understand the influencing factors and nursing on the sleeping quality in intensive-care renal transplant patients. Methods The sleeping quality of 150 cases of intensive-care renal transplant patients was investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire from 2004 to 2006. Results Sleep disorders were found in 129 cases of patients （ 129/150 cases, 86 % ）, influencing factors in proper order were psychological burden, environmental change, physical discomfort, the side effects of anti-rejection drugs and economic burden. Conclusion Well psychological care,improving the ward environment and comfort are of great significance to improve the sleeping quality in intensive-care renal transplant patients.
