微波配合良好护理治疗慢性宫颈炎180例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波配合良好护理治疗180例各型慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察。方法利用微波的热效应使蛋白凝固原理治疗慢性宫颈炎并配合良好护理治疗宫颈炎。结果在良好护理条件下用微波治疗宫颈炎疗效显著，一次治疗后痊愈175例，有效5例，治愈率97．2％，总有效率100％，5例经第二次治疗后痊愈，治愈率100％。结论微波治疗具有操作简单、无烟、无味、止血效果好、治愈率高、患者无痛苦、乐于接受且无明显不良反应等优点，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microwave treatment on 180 cases of various types of chronic cervicitis under good nursing. Methods Chronic Cervicitis were treated with microwave treatment which was used by thermal effects of microwave to make protein coagulated while coupled with good nursing. Results In good nursingconditions,it was significantly effective about the treatment of microwave on chronic cervicitis. 175 cases is cured after the first treatment. 5 cases is effective. A cure rate is 97. 2%. The total effective rate is 100%. 5 cases is cured after secondary treatment. A cure rate is 100%. Conclusion The microwave treatment which is worthy of clinical use is a simple operation, smokeless, tasteless, better hemostatic effect, high cure rate, patients had no pain which is willing to accept, no significant side effects, etc.
