摘  要:本试验表明:N+离子注入甜菜种子后,在叶片过氧化物酶同功酶的分析中,发现酶的活性与离子注入的剂量有关,低剂量的离子注入有利于酶的活化,同时产生新的酶带,其生长量和生长势也有明显增加,尤以注入剂量4×1016和60次脉冲处理为佳。本文还探讨了离子注入在诱变育种中辐照损伤及其机理研究。By analysis peroxide enzyme in the leaf of sugar beet after N+ion implantation into dry sugar beet seed, the results showed that enzyme activity was associated with ionimplantation dose, Low dose ion implantation caused enzyme activation and new enzyme bands appeared, growing quantity and growing strength also increased obviously,and the best treated dose was 4×1016 and 60 times. In this papre, we was discussed that ion implantation to irradiational dumageand its mechanism investigation in mutation breeding.
