黄芪注射液联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂依那普利联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将52例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予基本降糖治疗。在此基础上治疗组给予依那普利联合黄芪注射液,对照组仅给予依那普利。监测各组治疗前后血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微球蛋白(β2-MG)等变化。结果:治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿β2-MG比对照组下降更明显,两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利联合黄芪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效较单用依那普利为佳。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Early diabetic nephropathy（DN） treated by huangqi injection and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（Enalapril）.Methods：52 patients of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,hypoglycemic agent and enalapril were given to both groups,huangqi Injection were only given in treatment group.Blood pressure、glucose、blood urea nitrogen（BUN）、creatinine（Cr）、urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） were tested before and after treatment.Results：UAER and urinary β2-MG in treatment group were more decreased significantly than in the control group.The two groups had significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of huangqi injection and enalapril has a better effects in treating early diabetic nephropathy than enalapril alone.
