单切口术式治疗后蹄铁型肛周脓肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨后蹄铁型肛周脓肿的单切口改良手术方式。方法:将130例患者随机分为两组观察治疗。治疗组采用肛门后正中单切口入路的改良术式,对照组采用传统的切开缝合挂线引流术。结果:疼痛评分治疗组3.47±0.72分,对照组5.66±0.98分,两者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治愈天数治疗组25.1±4.21 d,对照组33.3±3.62 d,两者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用肛门后正中单切口入路的改良术式治疗后蹄铁型肛周脓肿术后疼痛轻,治愈天数缩短,值得临床推广。Objective：To research operation improvement for rear horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess.Methods：130 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Improved operation with single incision from rear middle of anus in treatment group.Had traditional way of incising,suturing and thread-drawing drainage in comparative group.Results：Pain score of the treatment group was 3.47±0.72,pain score of the comparative group was 5.66±0.98.There was significant difference P0.01.Time of curing in treatment group was 25.1±4.21 days,in comparative group was 33.3±3.62 days,there was significant difference,P0.01.Conclusion：The treatment group is better than the comparative group in pain score and days of curing.The improved operation is worth to spread.
