灯盏细辛对糖尿病肾病病人肾脏保护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏细辛对糖尿病肾病病人肾脏的保护作用。方法:将入选的糖尿病肾病病人随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组使用多巴胺10 mg/d静脉滴注,治疗组使用灯盏细辛注射液40 mL/d静脉滴注。分别于用药前和用药后14 d观察病人血脂、肾功、尿蛋白等指标及病人的不良反应。结果:治疗组病人血脂、肾功、尿蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。除治疗组1例中途放弃治疗外,两组均未观察到明显的不良反应。结论:灯盏细辛对糖尿病肾病病人肾脏有保护作用。Objective：To investigate renoprotection effect of erigeron breviscapus in diabetic nephropathy.Methods：The patients who were collected were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group.Control group used dopamine 10 mg/d ivgtt.Treatment group used erigeron breviscapus 40 mL/d ivgtt.Obserced blood lipid、renal fuction、blood pressure and urine protein before and treatment for 14 days.Results：The concentration of blood lipid、renal fuction、blood pressure and urine protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Except one in the treatment group gave up the test halfway on his own initiative,there was no clearly side effect in two groups.Conclusions：Erigeron breviscapus can protect the kidney in Dliabetic nephropathy.
