彩色多普勒超声对头臂干型多发大动脉炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在头臂干型多发大动脉炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:对5例头臂干型多发大动脉炎患者行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其声像图特点及血流动力学变化。结果:5例患者头臂动脉均出现不同程度受累,动脉壁不同程度增厚,出现不同程度狭窄甚至闭塞,部分病例继发血栓及合并动脉瘤形成,并出现相应的血流动力学改变。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以清晰显示头臂干型多发大动脉炎的受累部位、病变程度及血流动力学变化,且具有方便、准确、无损伤等点,因而对本病早期协助诊断具有重要意义,而且是本病疗效评价和随访的重要方法。Objective：To investigate the value of Color Doppler ultrasonograhy in diagnosis of brachiocephalic trunk polyarteritis.Methods：After two-dimensional and color Doppler utrasonogaphy of 5 brachiocephalic trunk polyarteritis cases,observing the characteristic of ultrasonograms and changing of hemodynamics.Results：5 cases brachiocephalic arteries were all involved in different degrees,artery walls increased thickness,lumens showed up stenosis even occlusion,part of cases were secondary to thrombosis and aneurysms,and the hemodynamics emerged homologous changing.Conclusions：color Doppler ultrasonography clearly displays the diseased region of polyarteritis,degree of lesions and changing of hemodynamics,and possess the characteristics of convenience,accuracy,no injury,so it has important significance in early diagnosis of this disease.And it is also the important instrument in evaluation of curative effects and following ups.
