摘　　要：基于大学科平台开展研究性学习和创新能力培养是创新人才培养的新模式。根据中南大学专业布局特色和大材料学科群的优势,通过更新理念、建设平台、营造氛围、改革实践,形成了独具特色的以大学科为背景的创新人才研究性学习和创新性能力培养新模式,为大类学科人才培养改革提供了借鉴。A new mode of cultivating creative talents is to develop their academic study and creative capacity on the platform of a general discipline.The essay,pursuant to the characteristics of discipline setup of Central South University and the advantages of General Material Science,offers such a unique new mode,by renewing ideology,constructing the platform and creating atmosphere.In this sense,the essay provides guidance to teaching reform in cultivating talents in general disciplines.
