摘　　要：独立学院作为高等教育的一种类型,既有公办高校的共性,也有其本身的个性特征。独立学院应当办出特色并实现可持续发展,实践多样化人才培养模式。把握独立学院的个性特征,在实践多样化人才培养模式的过程中,构建并且实施科学高效的教学质量监控方式,将会使独立学院的发展拥有更为坚实的基础。Independent College as a type of higher education not only shares some similarities with public universities, but also has its own distinctive features. Independent College must stick to its characteristics and achieve sustainable development. The diversity in personnel training patterns is a practical way of the sustainable development of independent college. The construction of scientific and efficient quality control of teaching methods is the fundamental guarantee of the sustainable development for independent college.
