甘蔗茎尖脱毒组培苗保绿实验的研究

摘　　要：本实验以云蔗99-601茎尖脱毒苗为材料,研究NAA,IAA,Si等物质对甘蔗生根的影响。另外,关于Si对甘蔗保绿,又进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:在甘蔗MS培养基中加入NAA2mg/L,IAA2mg/L,Si1mg/L对甘蔗的生根效果最好;Si0.4-0.5mg/L对甘蔗的保绿效果最好。This study used sugarcane virus-free seedling as material to research the effect of NAA.IAA and Si on root developing of seedling,And briefly researched the role of Si on staying seedling green.The reasults suggested that the best medium on root developing was MS supplemented with 2mg/L NAA,2mg/L IAA,1mg/L Si,and the best medium on staying seedling green was Ms supplemented with 0.4-0.5mg/L Si.
