摘　　要：分析了信息集群的宏观发展架构、微观引力架构及效益扩散架构,提出了具有实践意义的政府主导型信息集群架构模型,以期为我国信息资源共建共享,提升信息竞争力起到一定的借鉴作用。A practical government-governed framework of information clusters was proposed based on an analysis of the macro-development, micro-gravity frameworks and benefit-spread framework of information clusters in order to promote the co-construction and sharing of information resources and to increase the competitiveness of li- braries in China.
