摘　　要：通过运用项目管理全方位系统方法和集成管理,结合工程运作实践,介绍了中国2010年上海世博会园区最大单体工程——世博轴工程的建设项目管理运作方法与创新举措,包括工程策划、设计协调、招标采购、工程推进、施工激励,成功地控制了超大基坑的安全风险,破解了巨大不对称阳光谷、索膜结构设计、加工、施工的世界级难题,圆满完成了世博轴工程的建设任务。Through application of overall systematic project management method and integrate and according to engineering operation practices, operation methods and innovative measures for project management of EXPO Axis engineering, which is the largest single engineering in Garden, are introduced, including engineering planning, development and construction encouragement. Safety risk such international difficulties as huge asymmetrical sun construction are solved, and construction tasks of EXPO Shanghai management construction 2010 EXPO design harmonization, bidding and purchase, engineering of super-large foundation pit is successfully controlled, valley, cable membrane structure design, process and Axis engineering are completed successfully.
