摘  要:探讨了烧成气氛对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成与水泥性能的影响。结果表明:在氧化气氛条件下,1300℃煅烧30min即可保证熟料矿物良好形成,而还原气氛、较高煅烧温度和较长保温时间等条件均不利于熟料矿物形成。氧化气氛下煅烧的熟料,水泥强度均高于还原气氛下的水泥强度,且终凝时间缩短。The influence of sintering atmosphere on the mineral formation and properties of alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker was studied. The results showed that in the oxidizing atmosphere, under the condition of 1 300℃ burning temperature and kept 30 minutes, it would be benefit for the formation of the main minerals of clinker, but in the reducing atmosphere and at higher sintering temperature with a longer sintering time, the rate of formation of main minerals in clinker would be reduced. The compressive strength was higher and the final setting time was shorter when the cement clinker was sintered in oxidizing atmosphere than that in reducing atmosphere.
