摘　　要：中部六省(湖北、湖南、河南、安徽、江西、山西)是我国主要的粮食生产地,研究其利用FDI更好地发挥农业的基础性地位和其与FDI的协调发展有着重要的意义。文章选择可以量化的指标来建构农业投资环境评价指标体系,通过协整分析、格兰杰因果检验、因子分析,探讨了影响中部六省农业投资环境的主要影响因素,并对其进行分析排序。The six provinces （Hubei and Hunan, Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanxi） are major grain producers in China, It＇s significant to study the use of FDI to better play the basic position of agriculture in six provinces and to develop them concordantly with FDI. This paper uses some evaluation indicator which can be measured quantitatively to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural investment environment. We use cointegration analysis, granger causality test, factor analysis, to discuss the mainly factors which affect the investment environment of agriculture in six provinces, and to analyze ranking.
