摘　　要：从网络学术资源的概念入手,分析现阶段我国网络学术资源建设的现状,总结我国现行的网络学术信息政策,提出我国网络学术资源建设的一般性原则。This paper analyzes concept of network academic resources and the problems of its construction in China. Based on discussing the present information policy, the article composes the principles of network cademic resources construction in China.
