摘 要:以实验室模拟沼气装置在恒温厌氧条件下研究了不同水料比(W/W)对稻草产沼气的影响,并对其累计产气动态过程进行了模拟。结果表明,水料比对稻草累计沼气产量有显著影响。累计产气动态过程符合Logtistic模拟模型,累计最大产气量、稻草消耗量与水料比的相关关系符合二次抛物线模型。根据拟合方程得到稻草累计最大产气量的水料比为61.9∶1.0,最大沼气产量为178.4 L/kg,稻草最大利用率为42.9%。The effects of different ratio of water to rice straw on biogas production was studied using simulative constanttemperature biogas-pool set in laboratory.The results showed that the ratio of water to rice straw had a significant influence on total biogas yield.The dynamic of daily accumulative biogas yield of straw was significantly accorded with Logistic model,and the most accumulative biogas yield and the consumption of dry straw was markedly quadratic related with the ratio of water to material.When accumulative biogas yield of straw reached the maximum was 61.9,the ratio of water to material and the most biogas yield was 178.4 L / kg,and the maximum utilization of straw was 42.9% according to the fitting equation.
