母猪子宫内膜炎的防治研究

摘　　要：用麦康凯琼脂、改良艾德华琼脂等鉴别培养基对病原进行分离纯化,通过药敏试验和治疗对比试验得出对母猪子宫内膜炎的最佳治疗方案。试验结果显示:该病病原菌为大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌,各占31.4%、31.4%、20.0%。药敏试验结果表明清宫促孕灌注液和宫炎清抑菌效果最佳,其次为庆大霉素、多黏菌素,氨苄青霉素、链霉素、青霉素G钾和氯霉素最差。治疗试验结果显示促孕灌注液和宫炎清治疗母猪子宫内膜炎有很好的效果,总有效率在85%以上,总治愈率在75%以上,均明显高于青、链霉素。The author studied the best of treatment prescription of sow endometritis,the text purification pathogen by MC and improved identification,such as Edward agar medium separation and purification pathogen.The result showed that the main pathogens bacteria were E.coli,staphylococcus and streptococcus,which accounted for 31.4%,31.4%,20.0%.The sensitivity test result was used to promote pregnancy infusion fluid,Gongyanqing,streptomycin.Used the treatment of uterine flushing comparative test,its results showed that the infusion of pregnancy and promote Gongyanqing-treatment of sows endometritis had a very good effect,the total effective was more than 85%,the total cure rate was more than 75%.Its effects were significantly higher than penicillinum and streptomycin.
